It's important to keep in mind that in order to see results, you have to work out your entire body. Just lifting weights is not going to do much of anything in terms over overall weight loss, nor will it truly get your arms in shape.

These exercises, however, utilize your whole body while targeting your arms, back, and waist so you'll see results faster!

This video shows 9 easy moves to try out that are simple but powerful.

It takes you step by step through the exercise routine and gives nice simple instructions--perfect for beginners!

If you want, you can also try implementing a few of these moves into your usual routine--our favorite is the "Side Step to Chest 'X' Press": it will kick you into shape fast, even though it looks so easy! Try doing it after you stretch but before you hop on the treadmill!

Try this exercise three times a week with no breaks between the sets. Make sure to have three to five pound dumbbells and a 15 pound resistance band handy for this routine.

All it takes is 10 minutes! That's just 30 minutes a week! Why not give it a try?
