After sitting at your desk at the office all day, your back is probably screaming in protest. You might already know that sitting at our desk all day is not good for your health, circulation, muscles, or your posture, but what are you supposed to do about it?

Look no further than this easy yoga routine that stretches out the back muscles and gets your circulation going. It's so easy, you might even be able to argue that it's relaxing. Not only that, this relaxing routine can burn up to 50 calories in just 15 minutes!

Led by Adriene, a yoga instructor from Austin, Texas, this yoga routine is aimed at stretching out the lower back which can reduce pain, improve circulation, and even help with posture.

First, Adriene starts out with her back flat on her yoga mat, then bringing up her knees to her chest. Rocking back and forth gently, you can easily stretch out some of the lower back muscles.

Then, with her knees bent, she stretches her arms out above her head, keeping her back as flat as possible on the mat. This stretches out not only the lower back, but your sides as well.

She then works her way to a sitting position, where she works more on the neck and the entire back.

The routine ends with the most relaxing pose of all: the child's pose. She has a few interesting ways to try the position that make for a relaxing end to an easy yoga routine.

What are you waiting for? Try this routine and see for yourself. It just takes 15 minutes!
