There have been a lot of interesting studies on sleep lately.

Some have found that sleeping more than eight hours can be detrimental to your health, while others say that sleeping any less than seven can be just as harmful.

Surprisingly, sleep is still a big question mark to researchers--we don't even know why we dream!
