We recently stumbled upon a brand new type of oatmeal that's perfect for busy people that are always on-the-go--it's called "baked oatmeal cups."

It's fast, easy, nutritious, delicious, and you can even make extra and store it in your freezer for later! Just be sure to thaw it the night before you want it!

You'll need just a few things: rolled oats (not instant oats!), baking powder, salt, brown sugar, eggs, milk, applesauce, and melted butter. For a little bit of flavor, add some vanilla!

Now comes the fun part. Depending on which recipe you want, you can add whatever type of flavors you want: chocolate chip with almonds, blueberries and coconut, or even cranberries and crushed pistachios. The possibilities are endless!

After 30 minutes in the oven, these are the perfect little treats for the morning!
