If you're trying to lose weight, you probably already know that the tempting sweet treats that start popping up around springtime can make it hard to deny your sweet tooth.
It doesn't have to be that hard, though! With this magical weight loss drink, you'll not only blast fat and lose weight, you'll also satisfy your sweet tooth! What have you got to lose?
Grapefruit is amazing; not only is it jam packed with vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin C, and vitamin A, it's also filled with important minerals like magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, phosphorus, copper, and manganese! No one so many people swear by it's health benefits.
That's why grapefruit is the centerpiece to this amazing weight loss drink. You'll need at least one grapefruit and one tablespoon of honey (organic, raw honey is your best bet).
Cut your large grapefruit in half and scoop out the pulp. It's always a good idea to refrigerate your grapefruit beforehand, as it will taste better cold. Place your pulp and your honey in a blender and blend! After each meal, drink one glass of your magical grapefruit drink and watch the pounds melt away!
If the bitterness from the grapefruit is still too much, add water instead of extra honey.
Want to try something a little different? Try making making popsicles with your grapefruit/honey mixture and some pink lemonade! Just mix in some pink lemonade and pour into popsicle molds. That's it! It's perfect for spring, and an adorable dessert to serve for Easter Sunday!
