Ditch the expensive creams and soaps--what you need to eliminate cellulite is already in your kitchen.

The secret ingredient is.... coffee grounds!

Yes, that's right! Now you have the perfect excuse to buy even MORE coffee!

It turns out that the main ingredient they use to help reduce cellulite in some of the most expensive creams is caffeine or coffee grounds. So save yourself some money, and make it yourself! Plus, if you make it yourself, you will also be making sure there are not any unnecessary chemicals being absorbed by your skin (which tend to be counteractive).

Why Does This Work?

Caffeine is awesome at promoting circulation and decreasing swelling, which is why it works so well on cellulite (and even under eye circles).

How To Make It

Simply gather coffee grounds, some granulated white sugar, and either coconut oil or olive oil.

Using a third of a cup of each, stir them together and create a paste. That's it! Now you have your own coffee-sugar body scrub that is perfect for cellulite-prone areas.

Make sure to really massage the scrub onto the back of your thighs (or whichever is your problem area) for at least 30 seconds.

You should start to see some results in a week or two!
