What if you could tone your core, arms, legs, abs and glutes in a cardio workout that takes just ten minutes each day? Would you do it?

In this video, Gabby Sansosti introduces you to an intense, no impact, cardio barre workout for the best full-body burn ever.

Barre is a powerful workout that combines Pilates, Yoga and Ballet moves to lengthen and strengthen muscles and create a leaner, firmer body.

The goal of barre is to improve both muscle strength and flexibility using a ballet barre, mini balls and small hand weights. The focus is on tiny motions, many reps and isometrics (tiny squeezes and pulses) that work your muscles to the point of exhaustion.

By increasing the pace of the standard Barre workout, it becomes cardio-barre and adds another fitness element to the routine. Be prepared to sweat.

This fitness program is so simple, you don’t even need shoes! With just a yoga mat and a chair, Gabby guides you through each position and movement.

While this workout isn’t about losing weight, it does have the positive effect of building lean muscle mass and the redistribution of inches on your body could cause you to drop a clothing size. For full body fitness in only ten minutes a day, the cardio barre workout for the best full-body burn ever is definitely worth trying.
