Celebrities are obsessed with anti-cellulite wraps the day before walking the red carpet, but who really has the money to spend on expensive spa days?

A single treatment could set you back hundreds of dollars—and let’s be honest, nobody has that much cash to burn on an anti-cellulite wrap.

Good thing you have everything you need to get started right at home! With saran wrap and a few natural ingredients from your kitchen, you won’t even have to leave your house to enjoy a spa-quality wrap.

First thing’s first: Exfoliate! I can’t stress this enough. You have to slough off as much dead skin as possible before starting on your wrap.

If you don’t have a good body scrub at home, you can easily create your own by mixing brown sugar, olive oil, and honey. (Bonus points if you add fresh coffee grounds!)

After you’re finished exfoliating, take your pick of one of these amazing DIY anti-cellulite wraps:

  1. Cocoa and Olive Oil: Mix a little cocoa powder into heated olive oil and apply the serum directly to the areas on your body that you notice cellulite. Cover the areas with saran wrap, let it sit for about 30 minutes, and rinse gently in the shower.
  2. Coffee and Olive Oil: This cream is made exactly like the one with cocoa, except you’re using coffee grounds instead. After mixing the coffee in the heated olive oil, cover the areas in saran wrap and let it sit for about 15-30 minutes before washing off in the shower.
  3. Seaweed and Olive Oil: Mix heated olive oil with seaweed powder and add about 2 or 3 drops of lemon essential oil. Again, cover the areas with cellulite in saran wrap, wait 30 minutes, and wash off in the shower.
  4. Cocoa Butter or Shea Butter: Apply one of these two moisturizing butters directly to your body and cover the areas with cellulite in saran wrap. For this particular wrap, you’ll want to keep it on for about an hour. But try not to shower for the next 5 or 6 hours!
